The machine erects, folds and seals die cut corrugated board blanks into trays. This high technology machine has a pallet space with a lifting mechanism and a buffer magazine. Blanks are picked from the pallet to the buffer magazine and from there carried to the tool. This means that pallet changes can be made without stopping production. The transparent polycarbonate guarding permits full overlook of the machine operation.
